Your responsibilities will be
- Support the Sales Team: Assist in securing new business opportunities within OT markets.
- Research and Outreach: Identify potential enterprise clients and help build the initial contact, understanding their needs and assisting in creating tailored solutions.
- Sales Cycle Participation: Learn the sales process, from prospecting to contract negotiation, supporting senior sales reps in client acquisition.
- Product Demos: Conduct live demos of our platform and present Barbara's value proposition to clients online, showcasing how it can address their specific needs.
- Account Management: Help develop account plans for new client acquisition and support relationship management.
- Market Research: Research the OT industry to identify market trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
- Reporting and CRM Management: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, leads, and opportunities in CRM tools.
- Sales Strategy Contribution: Assist in building strategies for market penetration and new business acquisition.
What we need from you
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering, or a related field (or relevant experience).
- Sales Experience: 1-2 years of sales or business development experience (internships or entry-level roles count).
- Technical Interest: Some knowledge or a strong willingness to learn about OT systems (e.g., SCADA, PLCs) and SaaS platforms.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Hunter Mentality: A proactive and motivated approach to finding new business opportunities and learning the art of sales.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with senior sales and engineering teams.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to a technical and fast-growing environment.
- Travel: Occasional travel may be required, but it will be minimal in this role (up to 20%).
