ADURIZ: Substation Virtualization with Edge Computing

Aduriz Distribución, an electric power distribution company, is tackling key challenges in digitalization, ranging from technology integration and cybersecurity to data management and smart grid operations. To address these, Aduriz, in partnership with Barbara, has started by equipping two low-voltage (LV) substations with Barbara’s Edge platform. This initiative enhances system interoperability, strengthens cybersecurity, improves data management, and enables the deployment of models that drive edge intelligence.
