Deploying AI Flexibility algorithms in a Virtualized LV/ MV Substation

Barbara and Gridfy have joined forces to provide advanced edge computing solutions, contributing to the rapid digital transformation of Distribution System Operators (DSOs) in Spain and Europe.

The collaborative effort has materialized in a groundbreaking project: the virtualization of a LV/MV substation, facilitating the deployment of AI Flexibility models at the Edge.

This project has also received funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under grant No. 827313, as well as from the CDTI (Centro de Desarrollo Tecnológico Industrial de España), the Hazitek program of the Government of the Basque Country and the Ports 4.0 Fund of Puertos del Estado. Barbara has participated in the ICEX-Next export initiation program and has received support from ICEX and co-financing from European ERDF funds. The purpose of this support is to contribute to the international development of the company and its environment.
