Passionate about people and business world, I studied Organizational Psychology. I have always believed that one of the most important skills to obtain exceptional results through people is to be able to understand and interpret other people’s reality. Since then, my professional goal is to understand this reality to favour the effectiveness of organizations, something that I have developed thanks to my empathy, communication skills and passion for what I do.
